PromptOwl Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Luxxat Labs, the sole proprietorship of Nurshat, registered in Kazakhstan ("we"). They apply to the mobile apps we publish, including PromptOwl. By using the app, you accept these terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as allowed by the App Store terms. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies where these terms are silent.

Purchases

PromptOwl Pro is a one-time purchase tied to your Apple ID and processed by Apple. You can restore it on your other devices with "Restore purchase". Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms.

Your content

Scripts you write and takes you record are yours. We claim no rights to them, and — as described in our Privacy Policy — we never receive them.

Acceptable use

Do not use the app to break the law, infringe the rights of others, or attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app except where the law allows it.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law permits. We do not promise that the app is error-free or fits a particular purpose. Back up content that matters to you.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law permits, our total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Apple

Apple is not responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to provide support for it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this address with its date. If you break these terms, the license ends. You can end it any time by deleting the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
